Can I make a return/exchange?
If you’re not fully satisfied with your item, you are able to return or exchange it. For returns and refunds to the payment method, you have 14 days from the date of delivery. For returns to exchange your item or receive store credit or a gift card, you are able to exchange it within 30 days of the date of delivery. Please visit our returns portal here: Resolution Centre
When do you restock your items?
There is no set time when each item is restocked. If you would like updates on when a specific item is restocked, you can sign up for notifications. Just go on the item you’d like, click the out of stock size you require and the option to opt-in for email restock notifications will appear.
Do you have an ambassador scheme?
We do not currently offer an ambassador scheme, however we are currently looking for ways that we can further include our community in our mission to end the stigma of mental health.
What is the fit like?
Our items fit true to size and we recommend sizing up for an oversized fit. If you would like the specific measurements, please visit the size guide here for further information.
