STORE CREDIT & GIFT CARDS
All store credit and gift cards issued by Boys Get Sad Too LTD are valid for 12 months from the date of issue or purchase. After this period, any remaining balance will expire and cannot be refunded or redeemed.
All gift cards purchased through our Site are digital and delivered via email containing a unique code. We do not issue physical gift cards.
Gift cards and store credit may only be used on www.boysgetsadtoo.com and cannot be exchanged for cash or used to purchase additional gift cards.
We are unable to replace lost, stolen, deleted or expired gift cards or store credit.
ORDERS & PAYMENT
By placing an order on our Site, you confirm that:
• You are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
• All information provided is accurate and complete
• You have read and accepted these Terms
Orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Once payment has been successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not guarantee acceptance.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit orders at our discretion, including where products are unavailable, pricing errors occur or fraudulent activity is suspected.
SHIPPING & DELIVERY
UK orders are typically shipped via Royal Mail and usually arrive within 2–3 working days from dispatch. International orders are shipped using various international carriers and delivery times generally range between 7–10 working days depending on destination.
All orders are tracked and may require a signature upon delivery.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by customs delays, courier issues, weather conditions or other circumstances outside of our control.
Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
INTERNATIONAL DUTIES & TAXES
International customers may be responsible for import duties, taxes, customs fees or local handling charges depending on their country’s regulations. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included unless otherwise stated at checkout.
We cover all taxes for customers in countries included in the IOSS scheme, meaning you should not be charged additional import taxes upon delivery.
AVAILABILITY
All products are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange either:
• A full refund
• Store credit
• An exchange where available
ORDER CHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed, we are generally unable to amend or cancel it before dispatch due to our fulfilment process.
If you no longer require an item, you may return it after delivery in accordance with our Returns Policy.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
To request a return, please follow the instructions outlined in our Returns Policy.
Refunds will be processed once returned items have been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 working days for funds to appear back in your account depending on your payment provider.
Returned items must be sent back in original condition unless faulty.
FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a faulty, damaged or incorrect item, please contact support@boysgetsadtoo.com as soon as possible with your order number and supporting images where possible.
We will work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

• Minor variations in products may occur
