- Each Mystery Order contains the same two exclusive designs. Multiple purchases will not result in different styles.
- Discount codes cannot be applied to this product.
- Returns are accepted for size exchanges only and are subject to stock availability.
- No refunds, store credit, or exchanges for alternative designs are offered for this product.
- The Mystery Order is shipped in our standard recyclable poly mailing bags. It is not packaged in a box.
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and in original condition for any size exchange request.
- Shipping fees are non‑refundable.
- Boys Get Sad Too reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet the conditions stated above.

We cover all import taxes for EU (IOSS) and USA orders.
You will not be charged any additional import taxes upon delivery.

We do not ship to pack stations, military bases, or PO box addresses.
Returns Information
How do I return my item/s?

Can I exchange my item?If you’d like to exchange your item, please visit our returns portal within 30 days of receiving your parcel. For any questions on the exchange, feel free to contact us on support@boysgetsadtoo.com
Do you offer free returns?
We do not offer free returns: we recommend insuring your parcel to the full value of the contents, with tracking and signature. Please keep hold of any proof of postage and tracking you have until you have been refunded.
